Autoloading Slicer Conveyor

Protech has designed and manufactured a stainless steel conveyor for automating the loading of a multi-log slicing machine. Protech's loader acts as a buffer to the slicers own tilting auto-loader.

This unit eliminates latency that normally occurs from the operators inability to prepare a full load for the slicer while in the tilted up position processing the previous load. This ensures greater throughput and eliminates line pauses in a very effective minimally sized package.

A comprehensive series of sensors and a light guard ensure trouble free, faultless interaction between the two machines while utilising the standard V-free signals your slicer provides.
