With growing demand for offal and by-products in the far east. Protech offer a full line solution for pig's heads where edible waste is kept to an absolute minimum

A full Dolav of pig's heads is loaded into the Protech Dolav tipper (guarded and interlocked safely prior to tip)

Once tipped into the pickup chute. The operators will process each head. The skull and jaw are removed via the de-boning machines individually prior to the rest of the head being processed

Each part of the head is carefully butchered in stages and collects into separate Dolavs along the line
