De-Boning System

A medium sized system consisting approx 30 conveyor belts. With a throughput of 600-800 quarters of cattle per day

Provisions were made to remove all bones from the area by conveyor and deliver into a bone skip/lorry

It was possible to run meat of differing sizes through the room as product flexibility on fore quarter and hind quarter is built into the upfront boning system. Both fore and hind quarters can be run down either trim line and provisions are made for further PAD work following standard trimming specification

Products will leave the system in Dolav type combo bins for VL & Fats with boxes or crates for the vacuum packed products

At a later stage it will be possible to add more conveyors into the system to bring empty boxes or crates into the packing area
