Function:
The HC 2010 fits neatly onto the end of any line, albeit a Converger, Labeller etc taking the finished product up to the collating head, allowing a number of packs to be neatly stacked into flighted open sided pockets then fed up to the outer case packer in an index motion, with the stack being removable from either side of the out feed.
The collator in feed belt takes the packs from the line individually accelerating them, providing a gap between each pack as a continuous flow.
An HMI on the panel allows pack selection for number in stack, only.
Once selected, memory retention of that size/recipient for future easy pack recall.
The machine is designed to deliver, to the packing operative, a set number of products per minute in a manageable stack allowing the operator to pack into shelf ready or other packaging with ease and control at line speed, reducing labour on each line this machine is employed on.
This stack height can be as much as eight packs of the narrow variety or 2/3 packs of a deeper fill, product and pack dependant fully selectable and controllable by you at all times.
