On the 1st of July a new law banning smoking in public places comes into effect.

The smoking ban will cover offices, factories, shops, supermarkets, pubs, bars, restaurants, membership clubs. Indoor smoking rooms in workplaces will no longer be allowed. Anyone wishing to smoke will have to go outside.

All workplaces will have to make changes to comply with the new law.
