Protech Fabrications have had a major breakthrough in the fast food sector as
it has recently been awarded the contract to design and manufacture the front
of house preparation areas for the Ben & Jerry’s food chains.
The design element of the contract proved to be of tremendous importance, as
the client wanted to see in advance the makeup of each product and its effectiveness
in the area.
Part of the brief was to produce a system, which is user friendly having the
right ergonomics to help reduce the workload of the Ben & Jerry’s staff.
