Introducing the VI4000 Vision System; able to inspect packs for top label, base label and seal entrapment
in real time at typicalline rates, enabling 100% product inspection of packs without
limits on length or added promo labels etc. All these factors make the machine
extremely flexible with a high definition to the information gained.
By using camera technology on the base label we can also read any other information deemed a requirement in total verification of that packet / batch etc.
Each of these tests are stored and can be retrieved in various forms of production analysis formats i.e. Production rates / failure rates as a whole or per test / pre vision label information corrective steps etc, quite literally any information you require can be extrapolated and pass to a main frame system with full remote analysis and set up of new products etc.
