Features
Fully Automatic, Designed to wash and sanitize Sulo / Sulo style bins, Two regular bins or one large bin per cycle by means of recirculating pressure water, at a preset temperature.
Completely constructed of Stainless Steel and food safe materials, with double stainless steel walls with polyurethane closed cell insulation, to ensure low noise levels and low heat levels on the surfaces.
The Washing machine consists of an external 180° rotating platform and a wash cabin.
Outside the cabin there are front protective railings with saftey devices, in order to stop any movement or machine function should the operator enter the range of action of the machine.
The containers are manually loaded onto the platform with automatic clamping. At the start the platform rotates 180° by a mechanical system, introducing the container and closing the door in sequence.
The wash cycle is then performed with hot recirculating pressure water jets, sprayed by rotating arms in order to reach the whole surface to be treated.
The water passes through filters and then is recirculated by pumps with bodies and impellers of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Automatic water filling with a low level or low water suppy controlling device, which stop the pumps.
when the wash cycle is over, a rinse cycle with hot or cold pressure water follows, this helps add fresh water to the recirculating water.
The unit is also equipped with a program allowing a sanitizing solution to be sprayed - supplied by a seperate customer supplied container - for the desired time in the rinse cycle.
Desired wash and rinse times can be adjusted on the panel, depending on the type of soil.
Machine Control Panel
The electrical panel is equipped with Siemens components.
Stainless steel construction.
Outfitted with a plexiglas door to protect the components from unintentional water splashes during machine and room cleaning.
IP65 protection, on compliance with DIN 40050 and IEC 529 regulations.
Panel contains all controls and related adjustment parameters, such as:
- Water Temperature
- Detergent spraying and reaction time
- Wash and rinse time
- Sanitization time
- Heating on/off
- Steam extraction fan timed with the opening of the door (fan included)
- Detergent on/off (dosing device included)
